Laos » Luang Prabang » Maison Souvannphoum Hotel     MAISON SOUVANNPHOUM HOTEL The Maison Souvannaphoum was the residence of Prince Souvannaphouma in the 1960s and 70s, making it one of the few "historical" modernist buildings in town. This property is now a boutique hotel, a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the ancient temples and enchanting scenery of Luang Prabang. LOCATION Address: Phothisarath Road, Namphou Square, Luang Prabang, Laos The Maison Souvannaphoum Hotel is located in the ancient royal city of Luang Prabang in Laos, at Namphou Square. This hotel offers an easy access to this UNESCO World Heritage town with its many attractions such as the Royal Palace, Mount Phousi and its stunning view of the surrounding temples and hills dotting this royal old capital, and the Mekong River.   ROOM The Maison Souvavaphoum Hotel offers 23 rooms which are being upgraded to reflect COA aesthetic standards with bright colours and décor reflecting the local culture. There are 18 deluxe and five master rooms. The garden room features interior decorations that are hip and yet reminiscent of the colonial era. This has a private balcony with a view of either the pool or greenery. The garden view room is fitted with a king size bed or 2 single beds and has one set of inter-connecting rooms , whih are ideal for families.
